SEWER RENOVATION

Lift stations are particularly vulnerable to the corrosive sewer environment. The continuous pumping and movement of untreated sewage through a lift station or wet well facilitate the degassing of hydrogen sulfide (H2S). This results in a corrosive environment more aggressive than typically encountered in a manhole. OBIC's polyurea lining systems effectively restore these structures and shield them from harsh environmental and operational conditions.

OBIC WET WELL REPAIRS REQUIRE MINIMAL DOWNTIME

Bypass pumps are costly in any repair project for a lift station or pump station. The longer the wet well is out of service, the more expensive the overall project becomes. With OBIC's sprayed polyurea lining system, these concerns are a thing of the past. Not only is the installation more efficient than other options for wet well repairs, but OBIC products also cure rapidly, meaning your systems will be back in operation with minimal downtime.

Ensuring a swift return to service doesn't mean sacrificing quality. In fact, OBIC products have proven to resist corrosion from Microbiologically Induced Corrosion (MIC) in concrete structures, exhibit excellent impact and abrasion resistance in harsh environments, and can extend the wet well's lifespan by 50 years or more.
